Nyyo

Nestled on the vibrant Rue du Bailli, a new culinary gem has emerged, and it's already making waves among food enthusiasts and locals alike.

Nyyo, the modern Vietnamese restaurant, offers a winning combination of impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and a special focus on accommodating diverse dietary preferences, including an impressive array of vegetarian and vegan options.

In the heart of Brussels’ Rue du Bailli, a culinary oasis awaits – a new Vietnamese fusion restaurant that’s been causing quite a stir. With a dynamic and friendly owner at the helm, attentive service, and an innovative menu, this dining destination is one you won’t want to miss. Let’s delve into why this restaurant has taken the city by storm.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a team of staff that exudes warmth and hospitality. The dynamic owner’s passion for his restaurant is infectious, and it’s evident in every detail of this trendy establishment.

The restaurant’s concept centers around small plates meant for sharing, making it perfect for a convivial dining experience with friends or family. And share you must, for the menu is a creative exploration of Vietnamese fusion cuisine that offers something for everyone.

The standout here, without a doubt, is the selection of pork dishes. From succulent pork belly bites to mouthwatering pork skewers, each offering is a flavorful journey that demonstrates the chef’s mastery of balance between Vietnamese tradition and modern innovation.

But fret not, vegetarians and vegans, for there’s a bounty of options specially crafted for your palates. The kitchen’s dedication to accommodating various dietary preferences is commendable. The fusion concept extends to its vegetarian offerings, and the staff are more than happy to help vegans find delightful choices, ensuring that everyone at the table can indulge in the foodie adventure.

The staff takes pride in providing attentive and friendly service. They go above and beyond to guide you through the menu, offering suggestions and explaining each dish’s unique qualities. Their adaptability in catering to dietary requirements is notable, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.

The team at Nyyo goes out of their way to make the meal feel special. The first time we visited, I left my helmet behind. Not only did they keep it for me, but they called me the next day to check if it was indeed mine. When I returned to get it (which resulted in trying more of their delicious plates), I was greeted not only with a warm welcome, but also a complimentary shot of a plum liquor. My absentmindedness served me well for once!
